I cannot read my eBook and it tells me I do not have access rights.


To fix this issue try:

Clear browser cache.

Use a different browser. (If using Firefox specifically there are known issues with Ebook Central but it’s intermittent)

If you still can't access an item, click the Report a Problem link on the book's page in OneSearch (where you found it).
