Q. What if my ereserves item says URL not found?

I am trying to look at a file that's on reserve online for my class and when I put the password to access the file, it tells me the URL was not found. What can I do now?


The fastest way to get help on this would be to call our Reserve desk at 562-985-5193.  Let them know which course and item you are trying to access.  They will be able to check immediately as to whether or not the item is available, or if there is a technical problem that needs our attention.
