Q. How do I find court cases?

Answer

The University Library subscribes to two legal research databases: Lexis-Nexis Academic and Westlaw Campus Research.

These two databases offer access to court opinions from the state appellate level(e.g. state supreme courts) up to, and including, the United States Supreme Court.  However, please keep in mind that court briefs and other materials are not accessible.

For assistance with legal research visit our Legal Information reserach guide online at http://csulb.libguides.com/legalinformation?hs=a.
