Why can I not find a book in the Safari Technical Books Online database when I know it was there before?

CSULB has the "Front List Tech" library which contains the current year, plus two previous calendar years. So, in 2014 this contains books with a publication date of 2014, 2013 and 2012. Books fall out of the subscription according to calendar year - so a book published in November 2011 will not be available from January 1, 2012.
