Q. I can't find an available book on a shelf.
There are several steps you can take.
First check OneSearch again to make sure you have the correct Call # and Location.
Also check the status, to be sure the book isn't already checked out.
If you still can't find the book, report it to the Circulation Desk, near the front doors, so that a search can be initiated. It will take a few days to get it corrected and oftentimes the book shows up within hours because someone temporarily hid it away while they were using it.
